The Stars and the Cookie Jar

I want to open our very grown-up spare bedroom to the refugees from NOLA and Mobile and Gulfport. But how are they ever going to know the room is out there -- with no phone, no internet and no media?

I can't donate blood, because of their uber-long restriction list. But when my debit card arrives, I'm shuffling over to www.charities.org and putting something in the pot.
