WAH have reached the structural faffling stage. All the story's laid out in my head. Now just make it LEAVE my head, plzkthx. I'm messing with POV and narrative thrust -- eeep, I just said narrative thrust -- and oooh my poor girlfriend. Spent three hours on the editing end of things.

Meanwhile, am collating pretty pictures for Verse From Babylon website.

"Blah de blah de blah, plot summary here, de blah de blah de blah.

Plot summary, plot summary, plot summary. This book is all about stuff. Stuff happening in history. It's a good book about stuff that happened in history, which is generally what happened before we were born. It is not about Starbucks Coffee, though we thank Starbucks Coffee for their generous support of our heroine as she wrote stuff about history, which is stuff that happened before Starbucks Coffee was founded."

[livejournal.com profile] copperbadge , I loff you.

I got about 850 words in tonight, ending a comparatively long dry spell where all I did was rearrange and slaughter what I already had.

The last winter visitor.  )
