I will be late for Shabbes dinner tonight, wah. I hate modern commerce.

In other news, the job I leapt through many flaming hoops for is being re-advertised, for whatever governmental reasons. I've emailed all the relevant parties and am not holding my breath.

miraielle is sitting on our couch watching Season IV Buffy. She seems peaceful and well-fed.

My book should be coming out soon.

And I think I'm sort of getting away from Livejournal. It happens occasionally...

Trying to write last night was really entertaining, in a mortifying way. I only got about two sentences out of it, and the fiancee got all firm with me. Not as kinky as it sounds, I swear.

Shower now. Yay. I hope the hot water's back.
