The alarm didn't go off this morning. Thank heaven for my strongly-opinionated internal clock.
I'm still in that blinking, eye-burny stage of tired, and my face looks blotchy and teenaged, and it just rained so all my hair has frizzed, so you really wouldn't know I subscribed to basic principles of good grooming.
I wanted to write last night, but there ended up being a whole thing with the wedding. It was not fun, and now I haven't heard back from the person I need to hear back from. And we still don't have a photographer or a florist. Me, I think Costco makes a superb floral option, given our budget, but dozens of red roses in the rough, wrapped in plain plastic, might leave a few decorative touches to be desired.
And I really shouldn't ever update LJ without caffeinating first. There wind up being too many commas.
Still very happy with the new job. Still wondering if there's something more I ought to be doing.
