The Stars and the Cookie Jar

I have real trouble getting through the afternoon.

After lunch, I had to take down my hair and put it back up again. It was strange to see all of it. It's already unfamiliar. It's still got the silver streaks, and the funny bright stripes, but it's ... long and I'm not used to it. Not used to seeing it. Very strange.

Tonight: dump some frozen chicken fried rice in a skillet, fix some interesting iced tea to use the last of the simple syrup I made last weekend, and settle down to planning the ceremony.

Yeah. Kind of left that til the last minute, considering our meeting with the officiant is Saturday.

We have cakes, dresses, favours, attendants, decorations, flowers, all the invites out, and a caterer, though. We just need dishes, linens and music!

And a cohesive ceremony.
