Bad: sovay has fallen off the edge of the world where they write 'Here Be Monsters'.

Good: Chinese takeaway for dinner tonight!

Bad: Because I am bleeding and my innards are gurgling and there's no way I'm going to cook.

Good: I'm working on The Seal Wife again!

Bad: I was supposed to have finished it by January, and I'm not sure my publisher still wants it.

Good: Things are kind of sort of in place for the wedding!

Bad: People still haven't RSVP'd.

Good: Big Boss Lady is out of the office most of the day.

Bad: My computer is crawling in a most gelid manner.

Good: It's Friday!

Bad: Our new Flexcar access card hasn't arrived, so possibly no car for the weekend.

Good: The weather is turning beautiful!

Bad: For a swamp.

Good: I get to spend the weekend with my wife!
