I do! I have a juvenile dwarf hamster with a brindled coat and her name is Yrsinia P.

My wife bought her for me.

*runs off to play with Yrsinia*

P.S. Bast has met Yrsinia P.  They.... sniffed.

My cat has vanished, still wearing her leash, meant for a conciliatory walk around the block after I brought home, well, prey in an uncrackable safe. No idea where the cat is.

She's also peeved because I threw out half a can of wet food after hearing about the recall.

*sigh*

So I went into the kitchen to amuse myself. I made a green curry with chicken, peppers and potatoes for lunches next week (potatoes because I hate re-microwaved rice), marinated one chicken breast in char siu for me, and one in Dale's Marinade for my wife,  to be packed up with steamed asparagus. Yes, yes, Lean Cuisines are convenient but they ALL contain modified corn products in some way, and I just prefer stronger, more interesting flavours.

If I don't break down and gobble half the curry, I will have lunches until Wednesday of next week before I have to cook again.

Yrsinia P. is hilarious. She gathers too much momentum on her wheel and tumbles ass over teakettle, sits up hurriedly and GROOMS GROOMS GROOMS. It's kind of like having a miniature.... cat. I am worried she hasn't cottoned on to how her water-bottle works though.
