  • It would have femslash! (Uhm. Wait.)
  • There would be random swordfights
  • Series artwork would be done by [livejournal.com profile] friede
  • Hirsh might get some
  • Hirsh would get some from Wittenberg
  • Or Kruk
  • Eventually I would stop abusing poor Hirsh with the random pairings.... sorry, but Raissa/Violeta OTP!
  • The food would be better, and rival in description 'Eat Drink Man Woman'
  • Mir'ele would talk. In fact, Mir'ele would be Basilisa Exposition.
  • It would be an AU, and everyone would make it to the end
  • Except Kittel, who dies in a swordfight with Fayge
  • When it became a famous and iconic piece of 'fic, splashed all over the webiverse (or at least LJ-recs lists), [livejournal.com profile] rymenhild would run its drabbles community
  • If wizards, werewolves, elves or pirates showed up, the characters would just deal with it, because, y'know, they're artists
  • But let's not murder canon too badly, please
  • More people would read it.

I am aware how irreverent this is, but damn, I plead residual mental shock. :)

Well, Raissa/Violeta is canon. It would only really be femslash if you stuck together an uncanonical couple with whom one could make a case for sexual tension - Raissa/Fayge, anyone?

(Deepest apologies to the memories of Raissa and Fayge there. And Violeta. Sorry about that.)

Hirsh might get some from Wittenberg
Didn't you imply a Mikah/Wittenberg with a very interesting idiom on the order of "over at your side of the river"? Granted, you stamped on it right away, but readers could definitely come away with a Mikah/Wittenberg OTP theirloveissoinheritedviolin.

Kittel dies in a swordfight with Fayge
Yesss! I knew Fayge had it in her!

I wouldn't run the drabbles community if it were huge and iconic. I would only run it if it were rather obscure with a cult following. (Well, it is... but at the moment, it's a very small cult.) We could get Gramarye1971 to do Dark is Rising crossovers...

No apologies! There's subtext! (write me a Raissa/Fayge drabble...) Sharp reader as you are, you'd have noted when Fayge cries, finally... (write me a Raissa/Fayge drabble)
Work now. Commenting on the rest later. Hilariouser and hilariouser! (write me a Raissa/Fayge drabble)
(goes off to learn the definition of 'subliminal')

You are completely evil, and your use of subliminal messages leaves much to be desired. That's perfectly all right, though.

It doesn't have to be drabble subtle to work. I mean, as long as I drabble get you thinking about drabbles, and particularly ones about Raissa/Fayge, which I would very drabble much like to see.

And of course I am completely drabble evil.

(laughs) "fun di andere rufe", indeed, the only period idiom I could find in Yiddish; "from the other riverbank". And only fear of being sued by some distant great-great-Wittenberg made me stamp on it; I have half a mind it was true.
Hirsh/Wittenberg, Mikah/Wittenberg, whichever, I ain't picky...

(rolls on the floor laughing) Thank you.
