I keep seeing the way my book is going to end, and I keep being unable or too lax to get there. I keep meaning to make this big long post about how every day I'm married to my wife, I learn something else about myself. I keep meaning to tell [livejournal.com profile] kraada to buy [livejournal.com profile] lonespark a CrockPot.

And that's the way the weekend's going.

I don't know what it's supposed to be doing, except possibly increasing the ferment taste without actually using a starter.

the slow rise will affect the texture and grain of the bread too. but yes, I think it essentially will affect the taste.

Um. Don't do that.

I just bought a crockpot yesterday. It is 3.5 qts. I'm going to love it and kiss it and cook lemon-thyme turkey.
