-- bake stuffing

-- check wine

ALM Thursday:
-- rest, carve, plate bird
-- pomegranate for sorbet
-- whip cream
-- plate cake/mousse

Did I mention my mother-in-law is bringing the incredibly specific 'a salad', 'a pie', and 'some appetizers' ?
