I hate to be a negative Nelly, here, but that retraining thing, it didn't work.

On the other hand, the Top Pot donut was quite nice, and actually made the coffee taste a little less like burning urn cleaner. Props to the delivery driver, yo.

God I know it. I don't know how they manage to BURN my soy milk half the time, but they DO.

Soy milk is very easy to burn if you don't listen to it. If it shrieks and wails when they steam it, it's burnt. Make them do it over and ask them to aerate it well. Sure, you sound like a snit, but you did pay an extra .75 or whatever for your bean juice.
