selkie at 07:48am on 07/07/2004Because I have no circulatory system to frickin'speak of, or maybe because my left hand is in constant contact with either the Sigvaris glove or the pump, I woke up this morning with an infected index finger of "Ow! Hey! No touching that!" proportions. It actually hurt less to lance the bloody thing and put alcohol on it than to leave it.

(If it's the index finger you use to move a mouse, no wonder your finger hurts... my hand knows it's been pushing the refresh button all night, and it doesn't even have a bizarre medical glove thing.)
