The Stars and the Cookie Jar

My cat had a nightmare and thought I was Van Gogh.

Last night she came into my room and bit on my ear and ripped at it with her front claws, and so consequently there's a half-inch gash separating my ear from my head. Ow Jesus ow. Going to get that looked at.

Well, at least now I can say I took up wearing the tichel again cos of that. (A tichel draped properly covers the top of one's ears.)

I'm wearing my contact lenses, because my glasses cannot sit on that ear. I should say, I hate my contact lenses. It takes me fifteen minutes to get them in, and then they start to move (I have heavy astigmatism) and it drives me crazy. They hurt. I mean, the company paid for them, because you can't light eyeglasses in press kit photos, so whatever, but ew. My eyes burn.

Am I not whiney?
